Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

• Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel

To cancel your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order number.

Cancellation by Moran Mart

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

• The product is out of stock.

• Payment verification fails.

• Incorrect pricing or product information is displayed.

• Delivery is not possible in the selected location.

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If an order is cancelled before dispatch and payment has already been made, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• No cancellation charges will apply for eligible cancellations before dispatch.
